SHIPPING:

Sweet HATitude ships Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Sweet HATitude ships by Canada Post. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to request an alternative priority shipping method.

RETURNS:

Sweet HATitude works very hard to sustain complete customer satisfaction. You are our top priority, but if merchandise is to be returned, this is our policy:

If possible, please ship returns in the original packaging with a copy of your invoice.

Enclose your reason for return, so we are aware of defective products, unreasonable sizing etc., and your request for exchange, credit or refund.

Please ensure that all returned goods are in new condition, as received (have not been worn or soiled).

All returns must reach our warehouse within 14 business days of the original shipping date.

Sweet HATitude will not provide refunds on Sale Items or assume return shipping costs.
